Ina-Garten

Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook writer who has been awarded Emmy Awards. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The show premiered in 2002. It will air for 27 more seasons. Ina started her career at the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents as well as the budget. While she initially found the work interesting and stimulating, she soon became bored. Barefoot Contessa was then acquired. It took her 18 years to turn the store into wildly successful, before she sold the store. She then began to write the first of many cookbooks. Many magazines and cookbooks were later published. A different hit was her Food Network Television show. Ina sells a variety of items, from the ingredients needed for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina did not go to a cooking academy and has never had any experience in a restaurant. Ina is completely self-taught. Ina is well-known for her unpretentious way of entertaining and easy cooking. Some of her best known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
